How to restrict authorization for contract activation in RE public cloud

Hi everyone!

I have a requirement for a client that wants to restrict the authority to activate contracts to the Leasing Manager only. The one who created the contract should not be able to activate the contract. I'm checking the authorization objects in the standard business role BR_RECM_SPECIALIST in Public Cloud but I can't seem to find the one for activation. Have any of you had a similar requirement to this or have an idea how to go about this?

Hi Dianna,

Please update the specific business role or create a copy of business role "BR_RECM_SPECIALIST" and update restrictions using tile "Maintain business role".

Hi Reddy! Thanks for replying. Which of the authorization objects should I update so I can restrict the activation? I checked but I can't seem to find the authorization object for the activation. Thanks!
