How to resolve the time out issue during SAP Signavio Process Intelligence preview / transformation

During the SAP Signavio process intelligence, while preview and during transformation we are see the error as below:

Error: Error executing query for pulling data: [There was a problem executing your SQL statement: Query timeout]

It looks this is occuring due to insuffcient resources allocated for processing. However how can this issue be resolved

To provide additional support here, could you kindly provide the transformation script this is happening for?
Otherwise please open a ticket with the script attached. In that case in can be routed to the engineering team for further investigation.
