How to Reset s-user id password

Dear Team,

Please reset S-user id password of SPHONE_NUMBER1

while i am trying to change this password we got password reset link for S-user id SPHONE_NUMBER2 both user id have same mail id.

Please suggest how to reset it

Dear customer,

To reset S-user individual password, could you pls kindly refer to KBA 1808560 and access the URL https://accounts.sap.com/ui/createForgottenPasswordMail?spId=55365985e4b07dc3abdfc16c&targetUrl=&sou...? 

If you are using the function 'Forgot My Password', then as mentioned in the KBA, if you have more than one S-user ID associated to your e-mail address (like the scenario here), please then enter the S-user number, not email address.
