How to represent manual email one swimlane to another (within same pool) in Signavio Process Manager

How do I represent an Email sent from one department to another department. I tried using multiple variations send task and receive task; Send task and intermediate catching event.

But I keep getting Warning "Add missing message flow"

As far as I know, message symbols do not have to be modelled within a pool, as the process flow already describes an information interaction. We use it for external interaction. Additionally, I accept the warning as it is only a warning. (You can also switch off the warning message in the modeling conventions.)
