How to Replace Super Administrator

Dear SAP

I want to add another Super Administrator S-user and then delete the existing Super Administrator S-user.

Is it possible for the new Super Administrator to see the Service Requests and Cases created by S-xxxxxx after S-xxxxxx is deleted?

Dear customer,

You may first create a new S-user ID for the new super user per KBA 1271482. 

If the existing super user is still working, you may set the newly created S-user as the new super user using the Copy Authorizations feature mentioned in KBA 1614304.

Then the new user will have the same full super user authorizations as the existing super user, which enables the new super user to access all the service requests and cases created by the old super user.

If the old super user S-user ID is not in use any longer, kindly delete the S-ID per KBA 1271482.
