How to remove the Hide Filter bar button in the Filter Bar?

Hi Team,

In my application, i have a filter bar inside panel. So i handled the filter bar hide /visible feature via panel expand and close.

So i need to remove the Hide Filter bar button in the top right corner of my Filterbar section. How to do that? There are options given for Remove the Go button and Filters, but i do not know how to remove the Hide Filter Bar.

set useToolbar to false.
