How to reconfigure SAP ASE user in Operating System

Hello Experts,

I am Having problem in our Server, someone deleted all sap os user , like SAPSID , SYBSID and SAPADM from the windows server but the files are all fine without any damage,

I recreated the user for application server like SIDADM and assign it to service logon and the service is running fine without any error. But the Database user was recreated and assign to the service but it is not running it comes with an error when i try to run the services

Please any one can provide a solution for this

Dear Sunil

I assume that maybe some of the security policies for the syb<sid> user mayb be of incorrect setting.
Try to compare active settings for security policies for syb<sid> from a system where startup of ASE works . (assuming you do you have another ASE system around somewhere)

Alternatively :

- Save all database device files of ASE in the current system

- Re-create the system from scracth using SAP Installer tool .

- after installation has been successful , replace database device files with the original ones.
