How to recognize is filtered status?

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask you, how to recognize, that analytics application is filtered? If I have an input control there, how can I get an information or status, when user choose some dimension members instead of all members option?

I would like to create URL link with parameters and parameters should be added only if user choose some members but not all option. If there is all option checked, url parameters should not be added.

I have been searching a while and only I found is to get each dimension member with InputControlDataSource.

I also try to get the status "is filtered" from some kind of master widget, but in my app there should be an n (maybe 10 or more) number of input controls. And I guess this widget would be huge.
