How to read TR versions?

Looks like someone last worked on the object on 12/05/2023, but the transport was released on 3/25/2024.

1. Why SAP is not sorting based on DATE which is makes more sense
2. What is the bottom row - S(System generated) on 10/23, all 3 rows are having same author?
3. Why SAP is not showing the TR number on the ACTIVE version row?

The first one is the active version. It is sorted by date.
