How to purchase license for single instance of BOBJ

I work for a corporation that ended SAP support without regard to the fact that the site where I work is heavily using SAP Business Objects. I have been unsupported now for three years on SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 3 Patch 2 Version: 14.2.3.2220. Even though my parent company does not use Business Objects, I want to purchase a license for me stand alone business unit and enjoy the benefits licensed users experience like an S-user account vs a P-user, software downloads and full blown support. Please direct me to the right place to SPEND MY MONEY. This is a last resort for me. If I cannot find a solution to purchase a license for my site, I will be forced to go with another BI suite. I have been on the phone with countless SAP representatives who end up trying to sell me some other BI tools but nobody can point me to a solution where I can purchase a standalone license for my small organization. Any help here would be much appreciated. See above. Please Help Me Spend My Money with SAP.

Today I find myself in the same situation as you: I used a client license as long as I was an employee, but now, as a freelancer, I cannot afford the SAP rates that start from 25 licenses onwards, with astronomical rates. Have you heard from? I've been looking for months, but nothing.

This astounds me! Am I using the wrong forum or media? Is there a key word that will draw some attention to the fact that I am trying to spend money with SAP but nobody seems to care?

Not sure if I understand what you mean. I am totally SAP illiterate with the exception of keeping my instance of BOBJ running. Utilizing and maintaining BOBJ is a very small piece of my job function. We use an application that required we have BOBJ as a reporting suite. Other than that exposure SAP is a foreign language to my organization. I barely found this site!

I recommend contacting Protiviti about purchasing a license from them. That is the link I provided. They may be able to help provide insight

They are now selling Bobj through their partner eco-system since the main focus is on SAP Analytics Cloud now. Protiviti is a good partner to use.
