How to override type dispaly names with out custom backoffice extension

Hi Team ,

We don't have any backoffice extension but we need to override one of attribute display value (In dropdown it showing related item pk value instead of name)

We have defined couple of types in my custom extensions and these extensions type defiled property values got reflected in backoffice inorder to override the display value instead of pk value how to achive with out backoffice extension.

Ex : We need to override yellow highlighting value which is showing in entries section ..?

This use case is , i am using 2205 v and we are looking to update order table the entrys diplay value should be custom attribute value instead of default value(yellow highileted) so how to achive with out custom backoffice extension .
