How to obtain S4HC OAUTH2 Token

Hi

via POSTMAN I can obtain my OAUTH2.0 Token for my S4HC public cloud system using the "Wizard" Authorization tab - Configure New Token.  

But how can I do this without using the power of that button ?   that is - can I mimic the steps myself ? i.e. I want a 3rd party application to call our APIs and I want them to do it via OAUTH.
