How to navigate a default SAPUI5 app after login at Fiori Launchpad ?

Some Fiori Launchpad users want to navigate a Summary Tile automatically after login at Fiori Launchpad .

Is it possible to make it at Fiori Launchpad ?

If yes , Is there any exit or extension or something like that to achieve this ?
