How to modify a Smarttable crossnavigation with Semantic Object in Standard Fiori App (F2358)

Hi Experts,

I try to extend the standard app F2358 Monitor Purchase Order Items to modify a navigation, in this app, the items are displayed in a smartable which includes a navigation.

This Navigation allows us to go to Manage Purchase Orders App due to a cross navigation in the manifest.json file :

With this target :

I need to change to Change Purchase Order app :

I created an adaptation project, but I'm not able to replace this values.

Is it possible ?
