if ' show completed instances in the dependecies page' option is already checked then goto the report folder->Select report and click on the "manage dependecies".You can select the report instance from "manage dependecies" window..

In the promotion management, select - Settings -> Job Settings -> Select check box ' show completed instances in the dependecies page'.
And when you create PM job, select 'All Dependecies' for the reports.

In addition to what previous experts have said - you can't move "schedule" or instance. Those are not individual objects, they are subset of the report.
So, if you need to move instances and schedules, you need to move the reports.
