What are my options to migrate? Do I have to first upgrade the software and then migrate? or can I directly migrate? Is there a procedure or guide I can follow for the migration? Does migration also carries over the reports data?

The second link doesn't work. It gives me "HTTP request failed".
Since our current version of Crystal Reports 2011 is not supported on Windows server 2022, what would be the right approach for migration?
-- Should I do a fresh install of latest version of Crystal reports on Windows 2022 and then migrate over the data? or
-- Upgrade first on existing server and migrate the data?
In either of the cases, do we have any supporting procedure for migration?
