We have a typical situation. We have a change request that has incident and normal change. Incident is set to cancelled and Normal change is withdrawn.
Now the status of Change request is in Release for approval. But the approval status is in rejected status. At this point we don't have any action to perform. How to set this change request as rejected.

CRMD_order .. we can set the status. Closing the ticket.
