If we need a SAP HANA Cloud DB recovery, we would like to know what is the procedure required to request recovery.
I'm inquiring about the work plan to be done in case of a recovery situation
1. Contact Point ( Only Incident? )
2. How to make a request for DB recovery.
3. It's usually an emergency, but how fast is it handled?

If no Datalake is attached, recovery can be done via SAP HANA Cloud Central:
Managing SAP HANA Database Instances | SAP Help Portal
It’s available for all HANA versions. Please note that multi-environment tools has to be enabled (3303080 - How to enable Multi-Environment SAP HANA Cloud Tools (HANA Cloud Central) - SAP for Me).
