How to maintain a price for Project member's timesheet(maybe defined a price every hour)

Dear SAP,

We use "manage my timesheet"  APP to calculate Human resource worktime for a WBS. I want to know, in which App we can define a price or cost for their timesheet every hour?

And at start, project manager will assign a demand hour value for every member, does this price will also works in the demand hour?
