The time evaluation program is scheduled to run in a background job , but when I check the log produced from the run I get about 500 Employees that wasn't processed completely , I tried to run the time evaluation messages report but for the message type : E and A , but still the no of employees that have errors are about 10 ,
Also I tried to check the employees with the pdc indicator in IT 0003 but they are 293
so how can I get the list of employees that were not processed completely in time evaluation and how can I be sure that all employees have bun run
Is there a way to extract the time cluster for all employees and if there is a flag set for each employee that it didn't run
Hi Gamal,
In SM37 identify the time evaluation job that has employees unsuccessfully processed. Select the job and click on 'step', in the next screen click on the relevant line, navigate to 'GoTo' and select 'Variant'. On the next screen right click in one of the cells and select 'Spreadsheet', then select 'Excel' and save the file somewhere, this will now open an excel document containing a download of the variant.
Now you need to select all the personnel numbers in the 'frm' column. When you run time evaluation in your batch jobs I am assuming you run up to the current day? If so this will populate the 'PDC recalculation' field in IT0003 with the subsequent days date. This field specifies the date on which the next time evaluation run should start (you probably already knew that).
Run the personnel numbers though SE16 PA0003 and download the 'PDC recalculation date', any dates that don't match the subsequent days date will have failed in time evaluation. That's the theory anyway!!
Let me know how you get on.
