How to know Data locking status in advance formula

Hello, 

I want to copy from Actual to Forecast version till the Actual version data locked for that Current CY.

For example, version Actual locked till month 202409, then I can copy Actual version data to Forecast till 202409 for the current CY.

How to know the Data lock information in Advance formulas.
