How to install 2 Diagnostic Agents on a physical host for 2 different Solution Managers

Dear Support,

We have installed a new Solution Manager for the ChaRM configuration but we want to keep the old Solution Manager for the System Monitoring, so we have started to install a second Diagnostic Agent on the Satellite Systems to connect to the New SolMan, but they do not start.
Please, how to make the connection from a Physical Host to 2 different SolMan?

If you wish to add a single managed system to two different Solution Manager (SolMan) landscapes, you can achieve this by installing two Diagnostics Agents (DAAs) on the same host. As outlined in KBA 2385361, each DAA can then be connected to separate SolMan Java systems.

To ensure a smooth installation, we recommend assigning unique System IDs (SIDs) and instance numbers to each DAA. For example, you could name one "DAA" and the other "DAB," with distinct instance numbers. This will help avoid conflicts and ensure both agents are recognized correctly on the same host.
