Dear experts,
I am working on a product development , our product will be subscribed by different customer and customer might be not enabled full features of our product, In such scenario, we don't want to enable all the application tiles in Fiori Launchpad, however the CommonDataModel.json is a static file and we cannot write it basing on customer demand.
My question is how to handle such scenario?

It might be an option to use: Filtering Applications According to Scopes. But that would not work if Customers get access to the subaccount and can manage Role Collection assignments on their own.
I would suggest you use the SAP internal resources and talk to others that already built SaaS Solutions how they solved such a requirement.
