How to Identify Your SAP BTP Global Administrator in SAP for Me

Symptom: You don't know who the BTP Global Admin is.

Requirements: You need to have an S-user and the role of Super Administrator or Cloud Administrator assigned in SAP for Me. 

• If you don't have an S-User, please check this page.
• If you are unsure which role you have, please check this note. 

Resolution:

1) Open SAP for Me and log in.

2) Navigate to the "Dashboards" section and click "Systems & Provisioning".

3) Select "Systems".

4) Search for "Business Technology Platform".

5) Click the link provided in the Global Account Column.

6) A new page will open. Scroll down to find the "Global Account Administrators" card.
