How to handle stock transfer case in sap bi(351 to 101)

Hi,

while generating reprot sloc wise report is not matching, while considering material and plant wise stock is matching.

scenerio.

customer is doing stock transfer in 2 steps

1 -> 351 stock in transit, customer is generting GR and document is posted fi doc no is generated, tranfering stock and amount from plant to another.

2-> 101 goods  receipt, customer is receiving only stock not amount,

while taking report in sap bi stock is appering in sloc and amount in transit, if we consider only sloc amount is negative.

example

Move type	stock	Amount
351	10	100
101	10	0
goods issue	5	-50

please guide how to handle this kind of scenerio.

Dear Ram

I think the 351 gets updated with #  storage location and because this is stock transfer you need to consider both the plants when equating the stock values with storage locations

Thanks for you reply.

Already considered as a plant, when we take report on plant and material, report is matching with ecc report, when we drill down with storage location it is showing -ve for storage location and value in stock in transit(#).

Hi Raman

you need to check if there is any restrictions applied on 0plant and 0supp_plant.

You need to check as well whether we have any negative values corresponding to

material In MB5T.

It is possible to have entry for GI without having entry for GR.

Remember transit stock=prev. Value + (quantity of GR-quantity of GI)
