How to get the certificate data from absl logic

I have uploaded a certificate in "Application and User Management > Edit Certificate Trust List" . I want to use that certificate raw data in absl to change to Base 64 Code. 

Is there any way that I can get the raw data of the certificate? 

Or if there is any other way, could you please provide?
