How to get Situation notification for GR (Goods Receipt) using event?

I manage to trigger Situation notification using batch-based trigger when GR (material document) has been created for certain PO and item, but we would need an instant notification.

So I have been trying to use event-based Situation, but nothing happens. I used CL_MMIM_MATDOC_EVENT for that purpose. Is that correct? Does it be somehow activated to system (Public Cloud 2502) first? Please guide.

I recommend to start by analyzing the log messages of the situation handling framework as described by Axel here:
Log Analysis for the Standard Framework of Situati... - SAP Community
Is the event object and type as expected?
In case you don't see your event you might want to check a configuration hint also mentioned in the above blog.

Thanks. I was now able to find some logs and seems that event is triggered. However it has error message: Data loss occurred when converting 20255000000205.
