How to get Process history in SAP Build Process Automation?

Hi,

In Build process automation how to get the process history as a submitter or an approver? If we are a submitter we need to know about what process is going on and also as an approver we need to know about the things that we have approved and rejected. This history traces how and where we will get. how to make this available in the launchpad?

Hello Narenthiran,

For ongoing approvals, MyInbox can be used to see the current tasks by an approver. Log History of a tasks in MyInbox can be used to see who has approved the tasks previously. You can build outbox interface for the approver using the Inbox APIs.

We have a roadmap item in Q2 2023 where a requestor can see the progress of his/her tasks.
