How to get notification about SAP CloudSupport Alerts

I would like to receive SAP Cloud Alerts notifications (From: SAP CloudSupport Alerts <sapcloudsupport@alerts.ondemand.com>)

Current I am not receiving it , it goes to the management.

How to get such cloud system notifications?

Dear customer,

In order to get SAP Cloud system notifications, kindly make sure you have subscribed to the relevant cloud product/service in the Get Notified application in SAP for Me.
