I created a WEB SERVICE
which addresses the URL:

This address is directed to receive data from GOV
When I run the call to web service
I get the following error:
"<html><head><title>Application Server Error</title></head><body>\r\n<H2><b>500 Native SSL error</b></H2><br>\ nError is logged with Tag: {001cf7ff}<br><hr>Tue Jul 2 05:15:01 2024</body></html>"

what are the steps i need to do in order to get cartificate?
To which url do I need to create the certificate?
but without success to solve the matter
