How to find the root cause of a high CPU utilization in SAP Focused RUN

Hi,

As part of monitoring, we could see serious CPU utilization spikes for our Live Production System.

Is there any possibility to find the details/cause for this spike at Focused Run Application?
Like who is the user or program/backend job which caused this high CPU spike.

How do we find true cause for this CPU spike in Focused Run?

Hello Community,

To gather more data about these high usages, there are two applications in SAP Focused Run that can assist you:

• System Analysis/Root Cause Analysis
  • This tool allows you to enable additional data collections for ABAP and HANA Systems (per system).
  • With this information is possible to analyze it further checking details of resource consumption during a high utilization time.
• Real User Monitoring
  
  • This tool helps you identify end-user calls and communication flows.
