Hi all,
I created approval workflow using sap build process automation.
And once the approver "approved" or "rejected" the approval, the form is disappeared from the Inbox of approver.
But we would like to see the history form later for tracking.
So, how can we remain the history list of approval form in the inbox?
(or)
Is there any place we can check where the history record of that approval form are keeping in the sap btp?
Could you please answer?
Thank You.

Hello,
Once you have set up and run the process. You can manually monitor the transactions/item in the Control Tower -> Monitoring -> Process/Workflows.
This is effective on debugging stage. To do it on live/running process, you can create Process Visibility Scenarios to create performance indicators and see process variables/attributes you assigned.
I believe this could be the correct way of doing things.

As an option, you may create a process/automation that will notify and logged all transactions - (this is dependent on the overall architecture of your Process/Automation.

Hi @arroyoweisson,
Thanks for sharing the information about process visibility scenario.
I checked about it and I found that the log will be automatically delete after 14 days.
And the requirement we would like to get is that we want to keep the history until admin delete the history.
So, is it other possible way to keep that so?
To do this so, we will need to keep the history in external storage.
And do you have any documentation about keeping history in external storage?
Thank You.
