How to find Cloud ALM global/subaccount cockpit URL from Cloud ALM direct URL

Hi Experts,

I have access to Cloud ALM direct URL only. 

https://<subdomain>.alm.cloud.sap

But I don't have information of Cloud ALM sub-account direct cockpit URL and which region it was provisioned. I don't find it from SAP ME quick launch as well.

I tried to use all the regions. It says does not exist.

https://emea.cockpit.btp.cloud.sap

https://amer.cockpit.btp.cloud.sap

https://apac.cockpit.btp.cloud.sap

Now , please tell me

How to connect to Cloud ALM global/subaccount BTP cockpit URL from Cloud ALM direct URL.

Hi,

In short, it is not possible to derive the location of your SAP Cloud ALM BTP Global account or Sub account based on the information available in your SAP Cloud ALM tenant. 

When SAP Cloud ALM is provisioned, a new Global account and Sub account is created. The person that triggered the provisioning is the only person added as an Admin for the Global account and Sub account. This means that only they can see the Global account or Sub account in the BTP cockpit, no-one else will be able to see it.

I suggest that you follow the instructions in the KBA to properly identify your next steps to getting access to the SAP Cloud ALM BTP accounts.
