Hello everyone,
I have this simple client request but I'm having trouble implementing it.
I have a best practice (Reactive Maintenance (4HH)) already identified in the Signavio Collaboration Hub. In fact, this best practice was recommended within the customer“s Signavio Process Insight. Clicking on it takes me to the diagram within the Collaboration Hub. OK. Very good and easy to navigate up to this point.
Now, the customer wants to register and create this flow (making some changes if necessary) within the Signavio Process Manager.
Can someone show me a step-by-step guide on how to create this flow (4HH - already existing) in the Process Manager?
Observations:
1- Within the Signavio Process Manager, in the processes section, this 4HH does not exist. Being a SAP best practice, shouldn't it already exist? Does the client need to install it beforehand using the Value Accelerator library? (extra question).
2- I can export from the Collaboration Hub as a PDF. Can I import it as a PDF into the Process Manager?
3- It might be an authorization issue, as I can't export/import or even create a new process within the Process Manager (buttons are only displayed). Within the Collaboration Hub, I also don't see an option like "edit within the Process Manager".
I understand that it's possible, right?
Assuming it's not an authorization issue, what would be the step-by-step process to edit and save this BPMN identified in the Collaboration Hub within the Process Manager?
thnak you in advance.

Hi Leandro Ribeiro,
It sounds like you are talking about different workspaces:
You see the mentioned diagram in the Collaboration Hub of workspace A and want to make it available for editing in workspace B.
Correct?
Unfortunately the BPMN export is currently only available in the Process Manager (we are planning to also bring it to the Collaboration Hub next year).
Currently it depends heavily on what licenses and permissions you have in workspace A - can you navigate to the Process Manager in that workspace and navigate to the folder of the process? If so, then you can export the desired diagram from there, then switch to workspace B and import it there.
Alternatively you can install the corresponding Value Accelerator from the library. However that will also install all other diagrams, folders, etc into workspace B even if you dont need all of them.
Hope this helps,
Philipp
