KBA 2442409 - How to export a support case - SAP for Me - SAP for Me

The customer support case can be exported as follows:

1. Open the support case
2. Click 'Export Case' button
3. A new window opens with the exported case
4. To save it as a local file or print as pdf, please use right mouse click in the middle of the exported case and click on 'print'.
5. Now choose destination 'print to pdf' or 'save as pdf'
