How to download the attachments associated in the PO along with PO number in SAP.

I am working as part of Data conversion project and user is looking to convert the data from SAP TO Oracle. How to download the attachments associated in the PO along with PO number in SAP. Can i achieve this using any ABAP logic ? Are there any standard program that can be leveraged ?

Common Columns	Entity Specific Columns
Entity Name*	Category Name*	Attachment Type*	Attachment Title*	File Name*	Column1*	Column2**	Column3**
PO_HEADERS	MISC	FILE/TEXT/URL	Title for the attachment	Test.pdf/sample text/test.com	PO Number
