How to download and from where SAP BO 3.1 Installers for server and client to see .REP files

Hello everyone..!! I hope yo are very well 

We need to open .REP reports , I know that these reports cab be open in SAP BO 3.1 ( Im not sure which SP) I read that is possible to convert them using Report Conversion Tool , I used this tool in SAP Bo 4.2 SP6 but it shows  error  I considerated to install BO 3.1 but I dont have the full installer  in SAP Support portal i can only see Update but no full installer. What can be done to see these reports?

The Report Conversion Tool (RCT) can be a little flakey, so I'm not surprised it failed.  But it will output the exact reason for conversion failures -- were you able to get that?

There are many reasons why a conversion can fail.  Some are recoverable but some are not.  

If you want to open the files in their native tool, then that would be Desktop Intelligence (DeskI).  It's included with the XI3 and BI4.1 client tools.  You might be able to get tech support to provide it to you.

1. The only messages that I could get, appear in a csv file created bt the tool :

Column Result: "The wid report can not be created"

Column WorkAround: "Eliminate passowrd if is enabled"

Column Errortext : "The document can not be read"

Column Cause: "The BusinessObjects or Desktop Intelligence Document can not be opened"

2. Where can I get the ful installers for BO 3.1 SP3 or BO 4.1 ? Because in SAP support download area  I can only see the Updates or fixes , I mean there are no full installers to download. only the fixes / Updates
