Hi ,

How to do TERMINATED USers from SF in IAS using IPS User sync .

We have set up IPS User filter as "In IPS User filter "sf.user.filter" = "status eq 'active'""

Then why still TERM users are showing in IAS , please guide

According to KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/0003017663, you have to perform a one-off read job to include everyone with either status active or inactive first, then filter to only have active

is your account active in SF?- also please check vale in sf.user.filter, it shoudl be only

status eq 'active'

Plese check if property ips.delete.existedbefore.entities= true is added in target IAS system or not. This property is needed to delete inactive users from IAS.

Yes this condition added in the properties

Here the challenge is now my Admin access in IA Sis getting removed or deleted from Admin IAS page

Any suggessions?
