The requirement is to include 200 plus tables in one universe. How do we generally join so many tables and get a complete view of the tables? If we create custom views, then will it be a part of a Master view.
Also, how can we edit the joins later? because so many joins will make it look very clumsy.

200 tables is a lot, but the universe can handle it.
There is no shortcut here - adding the joins manually is the only way to go.
It enhances your understanding of the underlying datasets and establishes the way that the universe interacts with your data
I wouldn't add all 200 tables in one go. Start slowly with the large transactional tables (fact tables)
Test as you go by building webi reports to ensure data integrity
If this is your first universe, then find a Business Objects consultant - you will have to live(suffer) with your early design decisions

this cannot be a reasonable business-request with 200 tables in IDT !!!
do the raw-data-connection/processing in the source-system/DB e.g. with SQL and finally use these result(s) to build a clean semantic-model in IDT.

You need to joins tables manually to set the correct joins/conditions between tables. There is no automated way.
