How to display the 'Created On' and 'SAP Tag' custom columns in the document list table when using S

Context:

We are utilizing the SAP Document Management Service (DMS) within an SAP Fiori application, specifically with the 'Consume Reuse UI' integration option. The goal is to enhance the document list table by adding custom columns, such as "Created On" and "SAP Tag", to provide better information to the end users.

Issue:

Currently, while using the 'Consume Reuse UI' integration option, we are unable to add custom columns to the document list table. We have checked the standard configuration options available within the SAP Fiori application, but no straightforward configuration step has been found to include these specific columns.

The issue becomes evident when trying to meet the business requirements for document tracking and identification, where the addition of the "Created On" and "SAP Tag" columns would significantly improve the usability of the document list.

Example Scenario:

In our SAP Fiori application, users are viewing a document list that currently includes standard columns such as Type, Name, Modified By, Created By, and Size. However, the business needs dictate those two additional columns— "Created On" (to track the creation date of each document) and "SAP Tag" (to link each document with a specific metadata)— need to be displayed in the document list.

Despite trying multiple configuration options within the SAP Fiori environment and the 'Consume Reuse UI' integration option, we have been unable to achieve the desired table customization.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking guidance on how to configure the document list table to display the "Created On" and "SAP Tag" columns. Specifically, we need to know:

  • If it is possible to customize the columns in the document list table using the 'Consume Reuse UI' integration option.
  • The exact configuration steps or best practices to add these custom columns without affecting the overall functionality of the Fiori application.

Any insights into this issue or examples of similar customizations would be greatly appreciated.
