How to develop namespace filter (KM)?

I develop namespace filter for KM (filtering documents on based author). How it is better for making? Somebody developed namespace filter? Exists wizard for Eclipse for this task?

better a late answer than no answer at all

Within NWDS, there are wizards for all kinds of repository filter. Just right-click on the project, choose "Service, Filter and Scheduler Task Generation", in the upcoming wizard, choose "Repository Filter" (you can also choose the destination platform, from EP6 SP2 up to NW04), and within the "Type", choose Namespace.

For implementation details, see portal application com.sap.km.cm.repository.filter, km.appl.repfilter.readonly_core.jar under dir private\lib. Decompile ReadonlyFilter and ReadonlyFilterManager.
