How to determine the correct tax id per each customer based on country

Hi All,

Based on OSS Note https://me.sap.com/notes/0002818042/en , the customer tax ID in S4 hana will be maped to each KNA1-STCD* field based on the last number of the tax ID or for some countries with other logic (Argentina, Germany, etc).

I am creating a development where I need to show the tax id number per each customer in the same field, so I need to be able to determine which STCD* will be used per each country,

Someone know how to determine the correct tax id per each country? 

I cant found a function or program to do that.
