How to delete Saved Searches in CRM_UI

Hi,

We are using CHARM 7.1 (CRM_UI) and would like to know how to delete/remove Saved Searches from the HOME screen in the CRM_UI.

I don't see anything obvious on how to remove those.

Any ideas?

NVM, I found where to delete them.

You can select the Saved search you want to delete in the quick search tool bar at the top of the screen and hit the little trash can icon.

Easy enough...

Hi, we have the same problem. I think that answer is in note 2662724 - WebClient UI: Change default search option from All Objects to Saved Searches.

Can you please provide what are those authorizations or else where to check whether we have authorizations or not?

Well there should be a button to delete it. Please check if this has been enhanced or sufficient authorisation is available in your id.

I wanted to delete my Saved Searches details. But i was not able to see my Saved Searches option in Quick Links tool bar and also Delete button is disabled. PFB screenshot.

You might missing authorization.

Check same in lower environment(Dev/test system)

I am also facing same issue I wanted to delete my Saved Searches details. But i was not able to see my Saved Searches option in Quick Links tool bar and also Delete button is disabled.

Please check with Security team ,your user might be missing the authorizations.
