How to delete SAP Cloud ALM?

In my id, BTP and public cloud account created but I want delete SAP Cloud ALM.

Hello Customer,

To delete the requested Cloud ALM tenant, you can firstly delete the subscription and then delete the subaccount.
Steps are outlined in the KBA:

3352417 - Dismantle and then Resubscribe SAP Cloud ALM in different Data Center
3247776 - How to Unsubscribe the Subscription for SAP Cloud ALM in the SAP Cloud ALM Subaccount

If there is a request to delete the Global Account as well, please reach out to your SAP Account Executive as outlined in KBA 3249196.

Please note: Due to the special nature of the SAP Cloud ALM product, deletion of SAP Cloud ALM global accounts is not supported via the process outlined in KBA 3249196. Deletion of SAP Cloud ALM global accounts may happen in exceptional situations only, it cannot just be requested.
