how to declare constants in custom logic app within Fiori launchpad

Hello guys,

I want to declare constants before typing custom logic in Fiori launchpad like what we did in GUI, but it's not permitted when I used flat type, for example char20, will appreciate if you can help give sample, thanks.

you need to use key user released data element or use like released table field name.
