We use the program AI_SDK_USER_BP_GEN to regularly create business partners for all users in Solution Manager. When a person leaves the company the respective user is first locked and after a certain retention period finally deleted. However in this case the business partner in Solution Manager remains existing with the link to the user id in the Employee role and in the identification tab. If the previously deleted user ID is being reused then, there is no new Business Partner created (which is not good) and also the existing BP is not being updated (which is OK, that would create a mess).
Request clarification before answering.

From solution manager perspective, we don't support delete/remove BP once the BP is created. But you could try to archive the unused BP by following KBA: ##2640553.
