I made the mistake of activating TOTP on my account and now I can not deactivate it.
I go to my profile, find the TOTP section, select Deactive CTA, it prompts me for a passcode, I enter the one that is generated on my mobile device from the SAP Authenticator app.
But, I get an error message telling me it is an invalid passcode.
I posted a help ticket with SAP - against SAP Cloud Portal since that is where I noticed it. But so far not much help there.
Anyone else experience this issue and if so have a solution
Request clarification before answering.
