I'm building a WZ site where some pages contain cross-links to other pages in the same site, sometimes in the same workspace, sometimes not.
I've been building these links as text widgets in the main content of the page, adding the URL by visiting the destination page, grabbing the URL, then returning to the page with the link and adding the link to the text within the text widget.
This doesn't seem like a great way to do it. There's a huge problem in that I'm currently in the dev environment, and when we move to test I'll have to update all these link (and there are a very large number) as the urls of the destination page will change in the new environment.
I understand how the global nav and the custom nav work - that is not an appropriate solution for me.
Is there a better way?

I don't think there is a solution except to recreate the links by hand every new environment. This is poor for a CMS
