How to create fiscal year period hierarchy in datasphere

I Need to create Fiscal Year Period Hierarchy . Below is the required structure that we need to display 

Year > Quarter > Period ,Year

In DSP you can create a hierarchy of whatever you want, either in parent/child or columnar form.

BUT if you expect to get the same functionality in SAC as with the ‘standard’ time hierarchy, (calculated ratios YTD, MTD, etc, time differences, and others) I'm sorry to tell you that this is not supported yet.

Or maybe it never will be, because some time ago I saw it in the roadmap ... but it disappeared.
