How to create build for Integration Suite Artifact with downloaded artifact zip

Hi Experts,

I am looking for a way to generate mtar for download artifact(in this case Integration Flow) zip using mbt build/assemble.

The idea is to use Accelerator Hub API(https://api.sap.com/api/IntegrationContent/path/get_IntegrationDesigntimeArtifacts_Id___Id___Version... ) to download integration artifact, generate mtar and upload the same to cTMS. 

I am able to successfully conduct this exercise with Integration Suite Package as package is exported with expected files(artifact content, contentmetdata.md, hash, resources.cnt), but this is not the case when we download individual artifacts.

Now I know that I can directly use "Transport" functionality in cTMS. But we wish to take the build through our CI/CD tool.

I have checked project piper documentation, but they also can only do the mtar for entire package.

Also, we do not wish to directly upload artifacts with accelerator hub API.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
